“The Worst Experience Ever at Snooker World & Layalina Fine Dining Dubai** Honestly, this was one of the **worst experiences I’ve ever had in Dubai**. **Snooker World**, which also includes **Layalina Fine Dining & Sheesha**, is completely mismanaged and disappointing on every level. The place is owned by a **local Emirati**, but the management and staff — mostly **Egyptians and a mix of other nationalities** — have absolutely **no sense of professionalism, hospitality, or customer care**. Their attitude is rude, careless, and arrogant. It feels like they simply don’t value customers at all. The **sheesha quality was terrible** — stale, harsh, and totally not worth the price. Even after complaints, the staff did nothing to fix it and behaved like they were doing a favor by even talking to customers. The **food from Layalina Fine Dining** was just average and overpriced, and the entire service experience ruined the evening completely. It’s shocking that in a city like **Dubai**, known for world-class service and hospitality, such a place is allowed to operate this way. The **management clearly doesn’t care** about maintaining standards or reputation. If you’re thinking of visiting for snooker, food, or sheesha — **save your money and peace of mind**.
