“Very poor home delivery experience. I placed my order at 7:45 PM, and it was delivered only at 9:35 PM — almost 2 hours late, which is completely unacceptable. What made it worse was the rude and unprofessional behavior from the staff when I contacted them to ask about the delay. No proper explanation, no apology, and no concern for the customer’s time. I will not recommend anyone to place the orders for the room delivery from this restaurant.”
