“I placed an Eat-In order through the Starbucks app and expected the usual experience where they call out the customer’s name. My items were prepared and kept on the counter, but no one bothered to announce my name. I waited unnecessarily, assuming my order wasn’t ready. When I finally approached the server and asked if my name had been called, the response I got was a plain “No.” It felt careless and dismissive. If the order is ready, at least call out the name or notify the customer. This is basic service, and it makes a big difference to the overall experience. Hoping the team improves communication and attentiveness.”
