“I have been a regular customer for more than 10 years. Unfortunately, my recent experience at the tea counter was very disappointing. The service has become very poor, and staff were not attending to customers properly. I also noticed several customers leaving and going to other tea shops due to the lack of response. This is not what I expect after being a loyal customer for so long. I hope this matter will be taken seriously and improved at the earliest.”
