“I am a regular customer and usually purchase mutton pulao every Friday. However, over the past three weeks, the quality of the food has been extremely disappointing. There have been little to no mutton pieces in the pulao—only clean bones—which is unacceptable and does not justify the price charged. The overall quality has been very poor compared to your usual standards. I am raising this concern in the hope that you will address the issue and restore the quality that regular customers like myself expect.”
