“I had a very bad experience ordering from Just Burger. I placed an order through an online delivery platform, and the status kept showing that the rider was on the way, but no one arrived for over two hours. When I contacted the platform’s support, they informed me that the restaurant uses its own drivers. The restaurant then shared a contact number, but the number did not work and I was unable to reach anyone. The lack of coordination and unreachable support was very frustrating. Based on this experience, I do not recommend ordering from this restaurant online.”
