“We visited this morning for breakfast and had a disappointing experience. We first ordered Poori Bhajji and were told it would take 20 minutes, so we cancelled it and instead ordered ghee roast, puttu, and egg roast. Even in busy restaurants, food usually arrives within 10–15 minutes, but nothing came. After about 15 minutes we had to call the staff to remind them, and only then the food was served. We again had to call them to bring the tea. Overall, the service felt slow and unorganized. When it was time to pay, I asked the cashier about the total, but he didn’t respond and handed the bill with attitude. For such a big restaurant, I expected better hospitality and professionalism. Unfortunately, it was a bad experience for us.”
