The hummus was silky smooth, perfectly balanced with olive oil and tahini, while the creamy, rich texture made it one of the best I’ve had in Dubai. The baba ghanoush was smoky and deeply flavorful, capturing that authentic charred aubergine taste that is often missing elsewhere. The muhammara was bold, slightly spicy, and nutty, adding a lovely contrast to the rest of the platter.
