“I had a very disappointing experience with Al Masa Cafeteria (Al Quoz branch). I placed a delivery order for one burger to the same building where the branch is located. Despite calling them three times, I waited almost one hour and the food was never delivered. There was no proper update or explanation provided. This level of service is unacceptable and needs serious improvement.”
