“We are regular customer in this branch. We always buy our breakfast here. But today they have different group of crew. From my last purchase i received a 10 aed note which is seems burnt I didnt notice it as I trust the staff but when I tried to use it as a payment to other stores no one accept it. Today coming back to this mcdonald branch for breakfast againt the cashier tried to give a 5aed burnt note, I still have I more order to pay so I pay it back to her but surprisingly shes not accepting it. I explained to her and to her team leader that the note was coming from there side only why not accept it???... they told me to go exchange/bank to change it because whey will do the same. I said if they can exchange the damage 5aed note why they dont accept the 10aed note as well? Again they told me.. I should go my self to change the 10aed note as that note is not coming from their team( its from the other team but same branch). As per the policy the note can still be accepted as along as the serial numbers are complete and the lace is intact.... it is a lesson learned for me to always check the change that the store given back to me (that's why I see the 5aed note they were supposed to issue again to me).
