“Wanted to grab something quick through the Drive through and visited this outlet attached to the fuel station The order was placed after repeatedly telling the same thing many times and we specifically mentioned that for both the drinks we do not require ice. At the payment counter they swiped the card and the same debited from my friends bank AC however store informed that they have not received the payment (AED 71) and requested us to wait a little longer.. They also asked us to pay cash and said that their machine is not working properly ( which ideally was not the customers problem). They wanted us to pay in cash. After a while they said the payment is not received but move forward to the collection counter and over there they offered us a different order and we mentioned it’s not ours. Later when order was given, they again said that the payment was not received and requested us to pay AED 74. Which was higher than the previously swiped amount. When we inquired about the same they said their staff has billed the order incorrectly wanted us to park the car infront get down and pay it using a different pos machine AED 74. When we came back and tried to enjoy the meal, the straws, ketchup, tissues none of the basic were there in the package and on top of it one drink had ice in it.. They also wanted us to come back physically to check on the reversal. Can so many mistakes happen for just one order is my question?”
