“During my recent visit, I was disappointed with the service provided by the current manager, Lorena. There was no greeting or basic customer engagement, and the overall attitude felt unprofessional. I have visited this location many times and never had this issue with the previous managers, who were polite and customer-focused. Because this is a management role, I expected better leadership and customer service. I believe additional training or review of management standards is needed.”
