“Amazing view and a beautiful spot with great potential. However, the service and overall experience still need some improvement. The matcha was served in a very small cup (around 150–200 ml), which felt disappointing for a price of 35 AED. Also, the straw and cup didn’t really match the drink. There was no physical menu with prices available, so ordering had to be done via pictures on a tablet, and at that moment there was only one tablet for all guests, which made the process a bit inconvenient. I’m used to a higher standard in Dubai, especially considering the pricing. Maybe the place is still new – I’m not sure. In any case, I see a lot of potential and hope these details will be improved. I’m happy to give it another try soon.”
