“The food is fairly average, but the shawarma — and especially the karak tea — are excellent. However, it seems there is a shortage of staff, possibly due to rising costs or low profit margins. Because of this, not every time but quite often, you have to wait longer than expected, and sometimes you even have to get out of your car and pick up your food and drinks yourself, even when you don’t want to.”
