“My colleague and I shared a chicken sandwich yesterday, and we were highly disappointed. For the price of AED 21, we did not expect a sandwich that was noticeably smaller than before, oily, and largely tasteless. To make matters worse, it was also overly salty. We have always associated Brotzeit with a certain standard of quality, which is why this experience was particularly surprising and disappointing. Unfortunately, this purchase did not feel like value for money at all. I hope you will take this feedback seriously and review the quality and portion sizes being served, as this experience does not align with the reputation we believed Brotzeit upheld.”
