“They’ve definitely stepped up their coffee game, I tried them long ago, and the improvement is clear, especially with the Honeycomb Latte. However, their service still needs work. The QR code outside isn’t visible or scannable at night, and the DriveU app is unnecessarily complicated, it forces you to enable location and notifications, and you can’t even update your card details at checkout. For the price of their coffee, the service should really match. We honked twice with no response, the staff member even looked up but didn’t come out. I eventually went inside to order, and when I asked if outside orders weren’t allowed, she said she just didn’t see or hear us, even though there was only one customer inside.
