“Staff are very rude. Last night I ordered 10 pcs of chicken nuggets and one burger (dine in) , since it was 10 pcs the garlic sauce wasnt enough so i went back on counter area if i can have one more garlic sauce Staff ask me rudely what i bought, i show him the bill , he told me that on my purchase one is already included. Hes trying to tell that this only i bought why i need to take extra garlic mayo sauce ;but hes trying to get me one ; point here if its not allowed and if i need to pay extra for a piece of sauce then your staff have to say nicely Not to just insult first that i bought only for 30 dirham and asking for extra sauce: hes trying to give me i didnt took it. I dont know about the food chain policy But at al baik sharjah sahara center they give if you request without being ask what u bought. By the way they are serving cold fries and nuggets as well”
