“We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. Receptionist Tina was very warm, professional, and helpful during check-in, which made us feel welcomed from the beginning. The bellboy was very courteous and assisted us smoothly while arriving at the hotel. Our sea-view room was beautiful and very comfortable. Special thanks to Shamim and Aqib from housekeeping for keeping our room spotless, shining, and perfectly maintained throughout our stay. The food was delicious, and during dining time Erfan provided excellent service with a friendly attitude and great attention. Overall, a great experience with outstanding service from the entire team.”
