Emirates A380 Experience

“Dubai airport is very disorganized. They keep on having 5 different random checks . Nothing was organized from tv screens to gates . Everything was all over the place . There were barely two tv screens on Dubai airport and the flight information was written in Arabic that most of the passengers were complaining about . They were in a rush and couldn’t follow the language. Even the announcement in plane was only done in Arabic that never happened before . They use to repeat it in English . On our way back ; the desk guy at emirates in Delhi airport told us that we cannot take a personal item . When we bought two tickets we are supposed to take two personal items as well . The guy went back and forth to make us shuv everything in our carry on . So not acceptable. We had no problem bringing our one carry on and one personal item from the USA ; how the rules change for us on our way back . So much trouble travellinv with kids . So they are so non cooperative airline people even we had preferred seats . The guy at the counter said you are not traveling first class; excuse me . So please be aware of this airline and the airport in Dubai so not organized and random checking for four to five times . Book your ticket making sure that you get adequate time for all the checks inbetween your flights.”
