“I had an unpleasant experience while trying to purchase a Salik tag. The staff member, Abdul Lateef, was very unprofessional and rude. He asked for my personal phone number, and when I politely asked why it was needed, he refused to give a clear explanation. Instead, he repeatedly said, “We won’t call you. We won’t contact you,” without explaining why my number was required. This is the second time I’ve purchased a Salik tag, and during my previous purchase no one asked for my personal phone number. Asking for personal information without a proper explanation is unacceptable, and his attitude when questioned was disrespectful. Customer service should be transparent and courteous. This experience left a very negative impression, and I hope management looks into this matter and provides proper training to staff.”
