“Changing my rating from 5 stars to 1 star. True Gamerz used to be my favorite cafe, but over time more and more issues started appearing with no real solutions. I’ve reached a point where it’s clear there is a big gap between customer feedback, staff feedback, and the people actually responsible for fixing things. Either the feedback from customers and staff is not reaching the owners or decision makers, or it is being ignored. Managers might be keeping issues to themselves to avoid problems, or they simply don’t care enough. In both cases, the result is the same. The IZI system is not working properly. It is buggy and unreliable. The mobile app works maybe one out of five times. From a technical point of view, this is not a hard problem. It shows lack of testing, lack of leadership, or that the developers don’t even use their own system. As a senior engineer, I can say with confidence that many of these issues could be fixed quickly, yet they have been present for more than a year and are clearly costing customers. The situation gets worse with the modified Windows setup used on the PCs. These scripts look purchased and poorly understood by the technical team. Windows 10 was mostly stable, but Windows 11 in this setup is not. Games crash, disk performance is extremely slow, and players get disconnected or banned in the middle of competitive matches for reasons completely outside their control. I have personally reported these same issues many times since last year. Yesterday I finally had enough and just wanted to play. Since computers are my hobby, I worked on one of the machines myself and temporarily fixed the boot and stability issues so I could play. That alone proves the problems are real, known, and solvable. They are just not being addressed. Secure Boot is also not working correctly. Instead of running a clean and supported configuration, the system relies on scripts that bypass normal Secure Boot behavior. This puts players at real risk of anti cheat bans, even though they did nothing wrong. From a gaming cafe perspective, this is unacceptable and dangerous for customers’ accounts. At this point, this is no longer a technical issue. It is a management and accountability issue. To be clear, Nick and Mohammed have genuinely tried to help. They have listened, escalated issues, and made efforts where they could. The problem is that these issues are technical and management level decisions that are outside their control. I am confident they have reported these problems, but nothing meaningful has changed or been updated. If this reaches the owners, you should know that technical debt is piling up, customers are being lost, and nothing meaningful has changed for a long time. If what I’m saying is wrong, it should be easy to prove. If it’s right, then the situation has been mishandled badly. If needed, I am willing to help stabilize the systems properly and rebuild a clean, lightweight setup that actually works, so people can play without crashes, bans, or constant frustration. Right now, that is simply not the experience being delivered”
