“Extremely disappointing and unacceptable experience. This is the second time I have faced the same problem at this branch. Despite clearly informing the manager and requesting that the chicken be cooked properly, I was served undercooked chicken again. It was so bad that trying to eat it made me feel like vomiting. This is a serious food safety issue, not a small mistake. Completely disgusting and careless. Management of this Texas branch urgently needs to take action before someone gets seriously ill. I will not be returning.”
