“I never do this, I understand the pressure the staff feels. We Literally waited for an hour, the lady came passive aggressive told us dismissively to at system wasn’t working. No one thought to check why we were sitting at the restaurant, then acted like it’s not their issue that the order didn’t register. She then proceeded to raise her voice, and then wanted to ignore me and direct her query to my Arabic speaking friend which was even ruder as if I didn’t exist. I work in this building but don’t plan to come here ever again. New people came, and this person was consistently raising her voice saying the system issue is NOT HER problem where I’m sitting and paying a very high price for the meal. She said we were rude cause we said this wasn’t acceptable we waited an hour. Never experienced such an issue. Worse experience ever. I think it was the supervisor.”
