“The reason I’m posting this review is to share an experience that could easily be improved with better communication and training. We were three people interested in booking a VIP table. Before committing, we politely asked a simple question: “Can we have a look at the place?” This wasn’t received well by the staff member taking names. Only one of us was allowed to go in and see the area, which felt unnecessary and unwelcoming—especially since our intention was only to look and then decide. We had never been there before, and our plan was not to enter without paying or take advantage of the venue. Some clients, like us, don’t always have time to check social media or read reviews in advance. We prefer to see the place briefly and then make a decision. I understand that the venue was busy and possibly didn’t need more clients that day. Still, the way the situation was handled matters. First impressions are important. My advice to management: please consider training front desk staff more carefully. They are the first point of contact and represent the place. A more welcoming and understanding approach would make a big difference for potential clients.”
