Stay Bakery & Cafe

“I visited Stay Bakery & Cafe in Dar Wasl Mall. There are many great cafes in the area, but I had been looking forward to coming here after seeing the menu photos. It was a Saturday around lunchtime, and the place was relatively empty, giving it a relaxing atmosphere. We sat at a table inside, but for some reason our drinks were served in takeout plastic cups instead of glasses. In the menu photo, the Raspberry iced tea looked double-layered and had fruit in it, but it was just a plain red drink. I asked the staff if it was really the same drink as in the photo, but they made excuses and added raspberries on top. It was very cheap. The vanilla mille-feuille was also completely different from the photo; the dough was so hard I couldn't cut it with a knife and it just fell apart. I was looking forward to it, but it was such a disappointing cafe that I left everything behind and left. They should change the menu photos so that no one has to go through the same experience as me. We don't recommend.”
