“The food from this restaurant is genuinely very good — no doubt about that. But unfortunately, the customer experience needs serious improvement. We placed an order today at 06:05 PM, and it was delivered only at 07:25 PM, despite us being just 1.5 km away. Even after informing us that the food had already left the restaurant, it still took another 30 minutes to arrive. Delays can happen, and that’s understandable. But customers deserve clear communication. If the waiting time is long, please be upfront. People order food for many reasons — convenience, time constraints, or urgent needs — and vague updates or lame excuses only make the situation worse. A proper order tracking system would help customers know the real status and avoid frustration. And if timely delivery isn’t possible, it’s better not to accept the order at all, rather than keeping customers waiting without clarity. Great food deserves great service. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and makes the customer experience as good as the food they serve.”
