“I had a bad experience here. Aside from the server being inattentive, the server named AAKHIL/AAKIL was very rude to me. I was about almost 1-3meters away from him and I called him many times—not just twice—but he ignored me. I am sure he noticed me, but the truth is he intentionally chose not to pay attention. Another server, who was also busy, heard me and even called him, yet he still ignored me. After that, it seemed like he even bad-mouthed me or gave me an unpleasant look. From the moment I entered to place my order, he already looked unhappy, probably because I only bought two ice creams, and my aunt added the burger, There was no greeting and no proper customer service at all. I believe this is one of the reasons why he ignored me when I repeatedly called him to ask for tissue. I hope you can be more careful in choosing your staff because attitude matters.
