“I had such a nice experience at McDonald’s recently. The lady named Tharushi was incredibly sweet and kind — she truly made my evening with her warm attitude and excellent service. Another lady on the floor was also very nice, though I didn’t catch her name. I was pleasantly surprised by how friendly and professional the team was. Thank you!”
