“Risma working the counter was absolutely abismal. They could not get their wifi working at all and took the 10 minutes, no acknowledgement whatsoever to the person waiting in line. She is horrible in dealing with customers and offering no solutions. Just stayed on her phone not doing her job. Horrible. Needs to be restrained in customer service.”
