“I once ordered a burger and the buns were all smashed up. It did not look very appetizing. Also some of the cashiers are pretty rude. Once I was the only person in line and they were too busy with the cash register and some papers on the counter. that i had to wait as I was starving. I tried using this kiosk machine and the screen was blank for several seconds. All i did is tell the cashier that its not working. She kept telling me it is working. So i told her that the screen is blank, she gets annoyed and does this dissmissive hand gesture. After I managed to use the machine, i was waiting for them to take my order number and let me pay, they were so busy that they kept telling me to wait. It was so annoying. Apparently that task, was more important than a hungary costomer.”
