“I came here for the weekday set lunch, which was AED125 for two courses. Decent value especially compared to the standard menu, though it had increased from AED110 just a few months ago. Food was generally excellent, but I thought everything tended to be rather heavy. For example, their signature rainbow heirloom carrots came with labneh, soy honey butter, and candied walnuts, all of which were very heavy and might have overwhelmed the carrots. The wagyu short rib claypot rice was my favorite. Service was outstanding. Even though I made my reservation at short notice, the staff saw that it was a birthday celebration and surprised me with a coconut ube pie!”
