“I ordered a turkey melt online with a note to exclude ham or bacon (not thinking they would not include turkey meat at all as their description for the sandwich is very misleading), but received a sandwich that was borderline inedible. It was small, cold, and heavily encrusted in oil on poor quality bread—the complete opposite of the quality advertised on their Instagram. I’ve also included those photos here. It’s shocking that a kitchen would send out food this horrible in quality. When I called to complain, the staff member was apologetic but didn't seem to view the terrible food quality as a serious issue. As someone familiar with the brand’s standards, this was incredibly disappointing and far below expectations. What a waste of time and money. How any cook could send such a cheap sandwich is again shocking! Update: Per their response to my Google review, I emailed them and they never bothered to respond to me. Not only was my food order terrible but so is their customer service with these fake responses with no intention to help.”
