As a first-time visitor, I was genuinely impressed by the concept as well as the execution. It is not easy to balance two strong food cultures, but this place does it exceptionally well. I tried the chicken biryani and shawarma, and both dishes reflected authentic taste and careful preparation. The biryani carried deep aroma and layered spices that reminded me of traditional Pakistani-style cooking, while still being balanced and enjoyable. The chicken was tender, the rice perfectly cooked, and the overall flavor profile was rich without being overpowering. The shawarma was fresh, juicy, and generously filled, making it a perfect complement to the meal. What stands out most is the thoughtful fusion of Pakistani flavors with Kerala-style food influences, offering variety without compromising authenticity. This makes the restaurant suitable for families, food lovers, and anyone looking to experience something different yet familiar. For a newly opened café and restaurant, the food quality and consistency are impressive. This Pakistan–Kerala collaboration is a great addition to the local food scene, and I can confidently say it has the potential to become a popular dining spot.
