“I visited this place for the second time today, even though the service was already extremely poor during my first visit. Unfortunately, nothing has improved. The waitress was very unfriendly and unprofessional. The coffee order was wrong, and during breakfast, items were missing three times. Each time, I had to go inside myself to ask for them. When I finally addressed this issue, the waitress simply walked away without saying a word. Additionally, there is a serious issue with the Entertainer vouchers. We ordered rhe first two breakfast items on the all day bf menue and when we wanted to use the breakfast menu entertainer Voucher the waitress said our items cannot be redeemed with Entertainer, which is not mentioned anywhere. And she said we should have asked before ordering This feels very misleading and like a rip-off. The place itself looks nice, but the service is among the worst I’ve experienced in Dubai. Definitely not worth it.”
