“Everytime i order from them and their Karak was good 3months ago. December and Jan 26 umpteen requests to make it stronger but they give the same nonsense. The guy who handles the whatsapp has an argumentative attitude. Observed it 2 times very arrogant. He thinks, im his wife to argue back with me when I give a feedback. Just this month twice the Karak chai quality is like drain water despite requesting to make it like karak. They use very little tea leaves and he keeps asking if i need more milk. Why sell if you don't know how to make Karak?”
