Al Barari Playground

“My friend hosted her daughter’s birthday party at the Al Barari play area last Saturday, and sadly the experience was very stressful and disappointing. The staff were not professional or well-organized. After the splash play, the kids changed and came to eat, but the food service was chaotic. The food was served all mixed up and not properly arranged at all. Juices were very limited, and even after repeatedly requesting more, the staff kept saying it would take time. What made it more uncomfortable was that drinks for parents were not started at all. My friend kept requesting the staff to please start serving drinks as parents were arriving, but nothing was done. It became quite embarrassing for her as parents had to go to the café outside and buy their own coffee and drinks. After the kids finished eating, the foam play was started almost immediately, making the overall playtime feel rushed and poorly planned. A child’s birthday party should be smooth and stress-free, especially for the parents hosting it. Unfortunately, this experience lacked proper coordination, service, and basic hospitality. With better planning, food management, and staff responsiveness, this place could improve significantly.”
