“Worst service experience at this ADNOC Service Station. A staff member named Vishnu behaved in an extremely rude, unkind, and unprofessional manner. His attitude alone is enough to make customers avoid this station. The issue was immediately raised with the shift supervisor, and I expect proper action to be taken. What made this incident unacceptable was that it happened while I was with my family. The staff member’s poor manners unnecessarily escalated the situation, leaving even the ladies accompanying me visibly upset. ADNOC should seriously focus on behavioral and customer-service training or ensure that only suitable staff are placed in customer-facing roles. I will not be choosing this service station again.”
