“To whom it may concern, I would like to submit a formal complaint regarding the Tim Hortons branch located at ENOC Mushrif, Dubai. During my visit to the branch, I noticed the presence of flies inside the refrigerated display for cakes, croissants, and chilled sandwiches, which is extremely concerning and clearly contradicts basic hygiene and food safety standards. What was even more disappointing is that the staff member was aware of the presence of flies inside the refrigerator, yet no action was taken to address the situation or remove the displayed food items. Such negligence poses a risk to customers’ health and negatively impacts the reputation of the brand. I kindly request that the necessary actions be taken urgently, whether through inspection, holding those responsible accountable, or ensuring strict compliance with approved hygiene standards.
