“Day: Sunday Date: 21 / 12 / 2025 Time: 10:31 AM Subject: Formal Feedback Regarding Service Quality at the Branch I am writing to share this feedback out of my respect for the level of service I have come to expect from your brand, following an unsatisfactory experience I had today at one of your branches. I ordered a White Mocha with an extra shot. Upon receiving the drink and tasting it, I immediately noticed that the extra shot had not been added as requested, and I informed the staff member accordingly. The cup was taken back; however, the taste was still not consistent with the usual flavor or the quality I associate with this branch. After returning the drink once again and requesting that it be replaced with an emphasis on adding more coffee, I was instead handed a cup of espresso in a manner that did not reflect the level of professionalism expected, nor the standard of customer service your brand represents. I would like to note that I have been a customer for over three years, and this experience unfortunately left a negative impression, particularly as this is not the first time I have encountered a similar issue at this specific branch I am sharing this feedback in the spirit of trust in your brand and with the hope that appropriate measures will be taken to improve service quality and enhance the overall customer experience in the future.”
