“I visited this cafe and overall the experience was average. Unfortunately, I faced unprofessional and disrespectful behavior from one of the staff members, Abdul Shakoor. His attitude negatively affected my visit. I hope the management takes this seriously and ensures better customer service training and accountability, as the place has the potential to be much better.”
