“Me and my wife visited this place for a cold coffee. The coffee was good overall. However the staff billed us for water which we never consumed and we told them clearly not to include it in the bill. To make it worse they did not even return us the extra money which we paid for water, saying they did not have cash and apologised us. Further some of the staff do not understand English at all. These guys need a lot of improvement in their customer service and not returning us our money (citing no cash available) is an unacceptable excuse !”
