Papa Murphy's Pizza

“Very disappointing experience at Papa Murphy’s Outlet Village. I placed an online order at 11:30 AM and even called their support to inform them that I would be picking up the pizza around 1:30 PM since I was coming from far away. The support agent told me she couldn’t call the store because they were “busy” and assured me that the store would just make my pizza when I arrived. When I got to the store, the staff said there was no order showing in their system at all. Instead of helping or finding a solution, they were rude and unprofessional. They didn’t even apologize and simply let me leave the store without any pizza after wasting my time and effort. Poor communication, bad customer service, and no accountability. Definitely not the experience I expected.”
