“such bad experience， I already online app， deliveryman call or bell the door， I didnt answer as I am still outside and phone is out of power， and they cancelled the order， and customer service mention will not have refund！ its such a bully policy， people sometimes busy and oder beforehead when they get home， dont u have such experience， I order online food many years， its such nonsense and rubbish answer to me， just beacause I didnt answer the deliveryman on time. They directly cancelled order ！why cant they leave the order at the door and take a photo of delivery as a proof！ My daughter waste more than 2 hours waiting for this order！”
