“I would like to formally complain about the conduct of the staff member who handled my order at the petrol station located in Al Warqa 4 on 1 January 2025 at approximately 1:50 PM. Upon requesting a change to my order, she responded in an aggressive and disrespectful manner. She refused to continue serving me and asked the manager to take over the order. Such behavior is completely unacceptable, unprofessional, and does not meet basic customer service standards. I trust that this matter will be addressed appropriately to prevent any recurrence.”
