“Rowaiyah branch inside workshop premises Disappointed with Service and Staff Attitude We had breakfast at this restaurant, but unfortunately the experience was disappointing. When it came time to pay, we were told that the credit card machine paper had finished and were asked to pay in cash. Nowhere was it mentioned beforehand that card payments wouldn't be accepted. When we pointed this out, the staff member at the counter responded very rudely and refused to acknowledge the issue. In addition, the food didn’t seem fresh — it appeared to be reheated from the previous day. While we didn’t make a fuss about the food and chose to eat anyway, the rude attitude of the staff was completely unacceptable. Hospitality and respectful behavior should be a priority for any restaurant.”
