“A very disappointing experience at Five Guys. The staff member was rude and asked too many unnecessary questions, yet the order still arrived incomplete. Even the specific details inside the sandwich—such as adding ketchup—were all wrong. Overall, poor service and lack of attention to detail. Definitely not worth the price, and I won’t be coming back.”
