“We waited 45 minutes and our order still wasn’t ready. We didn’t even receive the basics like water or the lemonade we ordered. There were only two tables occupied and one waiter, yet we were told there were “many other orders,” which made no sense given how empty the place was. We ordered spicy potato, but were served French fries with spices instead. The mixed grill arrived cold, and the lemonade I ordered never came at all. Overall, this experience was extremely disappointing and far below what we expected. The service was slow and careless, and the food quality did not match what was advertised.”
