“Al Warqa 3 Park is a pleasant neighborhood park that offers a calm environment for walking, light exercise, and family outings. The park is spacious and generally well maintained, making it a nice place for residents to relax and enjoy outdoor time. However, it would be appreciated if more seating areas and benches were provided, as the current number is limited compared to the size of the park. In addition, the lighting inside the park is very limited—some areas have weak lighting, while others have no lighting at all, despite the presence of installed light fixtures that are not functioning. Improving the seating and lighting would greatly enhance safety and the overall visitor experience, especially during the evening.”
