Artisan Bakers - Qusais

“I had the worst experience with Artisan Bakers – Qusais. My baby’s birthday cake delivery was delayed by more than 2 hours, and there was no follow-up at all. I called over 10 times, but no one bothered to respond properly, not even the manager. When the cake finally arrived, it was completely frozen, impossible to cut or eat. On top of that, there was a spelling mistake on the cake. This careless service totally spoiled my baby’s birthday celebration. Very unprofessional and truly disappointing. Not recommended at all.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!”
