“⭐☆☆☆☆ Terrible experience — absolutely not up to Dubai standards. We ordered a Caesar Salad — and to our surprise, it came without chicken. When we asked, the staff said chicken is “extra” and then added it separately to the bill for AED 95. This is ridiculous. By international restaurant standards, a Caesar Salad always includes chicken by default, unless clearly stated otherwise (e.g. “Caesar Salad without chicken”). Calling it a Caesar and then charging extra for the main ingredient is misleading and unacceptable. It honestly feels like a deliberate attempt to overcharge guests through tricky menu wording. For a restaurant under the Trump brand, this is an embarrassing level of service and integrity. There are plenty of restaurants in Dubai with far better quality, transparency, and respect for their customers. Definitely not recommended.”
